Bartley Vue is a viral and sought-after condominium project in Singapore.  Its been receiving a lot of media coverage but is it worth all the hype?   The project aims to deliver 115 residential units throughout 16 stories consisting of 2 beds and three apartments. 

The project construction began in April last year and is expected to deliver possession or TOP by 2026. Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. Singapore is developing the project. These neighborhoods will be built near the MRT Stations. They will house facilities like pedestrian walkways, cycling tracks, parks, and commercial amenities for residents.

The North Eastern region is also expected to generate job opportunities for residents close to Bartley Vue. An industrial estate is also planned near the project, which will be easily accessible through the future Defu MRT Station and add to the job opportunities for neighboring residents.

For residents’ daily commutes, the URA Masterplan shows the Cross Island Line (CRL) and the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL). Moreover, the area will be connected by five more MRT stations by 2035. Furthermore, the government will make the region livelier for residents by developing shopping malls, Community Clubs, Restaurants, Public Parks, and Waterways. All this future development translates into the capital growth of the investors.
