Charlie Giang considers himself an Adventurer first before anything else. Vent on sucking the marrow of this Life, aka Carpe Diem, he’s climbed some of the highest mountains in the world and have rappelled off hundreds of remote water falls.  An Entrepreneur at Large for most of the past 20 years, he’s had the opportunity to build several companies in Singapore and Silicon Valley and have enjoyed some good exits. He is still currently an active Real Estate owner in both Singapore, California and Central America. His penchant for grasping trends and working novel investment deals seem like the culmination of his past experiences.  Using the latest techniques of data analytics came almost naturally. These days he uses Kai Hub to disburse and share Real Estate from his many hours of research. He also has the unique distinction of being a Real Estate Agent in both USA and Singapore, and a certified Family Office Advisor, WMI.  Making him well-positioned to work with investors on both sides of the pacific make cross border decisions. An astute investor in technologies himself, he is constantly reading pitch decks of start-ups and finding new opportunities for investing in disruptive technologies.

Rex is the Executive Group District Director of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, a premium real estate agency in Singapore and have over  1,100 agents under his charge.  Rex has been working extensively to help his clients make the right property decisions for their lives and plan out their property portfolio in Singapore for more than a decade.  With extensive knowledge and deep understanding of Real Estate in Singapore, he has proven himself time and again to deliver results for both his clients and agents. His has uncanny insights to the Singapore Real Estate.  Being  a master proponent of data and analysis, he forms his own charts and conclusions which has over the years proven quite accurate. Rickson has spent the better part of a decade running a Family Office based out of Shenzhen.  He was the VP of Shenzhen Sunrise Treasure Asset Management Ltd and managed an assets in excess of $60 Billion.    Now back in Singapore, he is the CEO Pine Bridge Asset Management and managing assets for other Family Offices. At DBS Bank he was Assistant Vice President - China Head of Transaction & Surveillance (AML/Sanctions) which helped him honed his skills in China-Singapore Clients.   He has an intimate understanding of the legislative procedures requirements as well the intricate qualification process needed to pass AML and KYC.  

Dr. Wang is a Partner at Avant Blockchain Capital, a venture fund investing in Web3 technology companies. Dr. Wang has over eight years of experiences in the venture capital industry acting as a general partner of InnoSpring Seed Fund II, focusing on early stage technology investments in Silicon Valley. Dr. Wang also holds the Venture Partner position at Particle Future VC, an early to growth stage venture capital firm focusing on hard tech investments in US and Asia. Her portfolio success includes Theta ($15B market cap ATH), Pluralsight (NASDAQ:PS, $3.5B market cap), Plushcare (acquired for $550M), Securly (acquired for $230M) etc.

Prior to her venture capital career, Dr. Wang cofounded and held the CEO position of Innospring Silicon Valley, a prominent cross border US-China tech incubator. Dr. Wang graduated from Tsinghua University, and obtained her PhD degree from Case Western Reserve University majoring in Biochemistry.

Xiao has presented or moderated on topics such as Early-Stage Tech Ecosystems in China, Investments and Incubators and Sexy or Unsexy Investments at Stanford, MIT-China Innovation Entrepreneurship Forum and the Sync US China conference.   Dr. Wang earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, and her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
